I had 2 articles published on Trill. 1 on the history of black hair braiding and the other on black queer people being pigeonholed in the queer dating scene, this piece in particular was reactionary to the realese of 'I Kissed a Girl' a sapphic dating show where participant Thea Hallow described her discomfort with her love interests being cut from the show furthering the 'undesireable black girl' trope.
